Terms & Conditions — okspin Platform Rules and Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and okspin ("okspin", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the okspin online gaming platform accessible at okspin.cam and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the okspin Platform. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent platform ban. This includes accounts opened under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods belonging to the same person.

When registering your okspin account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false name, fictitious identity, or another person's details. okspin is not responsible for any loss arising from information provided inaccurately by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes). You agree to:

• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. General bonus conditions applicable to all okspin promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are awarded per player account and per household. okspin reserves the right to limit one (1) bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method where abuse is detected.

okspin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Player request for self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority.
• Accounts inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

Players may also request account closure at any time by contacting okspin support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be refunded to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending withdrawal and KYC checks. Bonus balances and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Your continued use of the okspin Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact okspin support to arrange account closure and withdrawal of any verified balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
